Hello Guys Please I have a z87 - a asus mb I want to ask you how to set stable 12volts for chassis fan 1 for my pump of the cooler master 120v ? Thank you !

Solution

Chassis and CPU fans are controlled by pulse-width modulation, not amplitude modulation. The three pin fan headers contain a +12 volt supply, GND, and pulse feedback (for tracking RPM). The four pin fan headers contain a +12 volt suppy, GND, pulse feedback, and PWM control (for controlling fan speed).

Given that many pumps draw more current than fans, it is somewhat unwise to connect them directly to the motherboard. Do what mickypheonix suggested and hook it directly up to the 12 volt rail on the power supply via a MOLEX connector.
Hi mitexx
for a pump i recommend not hooking the pump to your motherboard but rather 12v direct from your psu via molex to 4pin 12v
with a cable such as this
