depend of how much you are willing to pay ! if you are looking for a 200 $ APU then just get this instead :
Athlon X4 750K : 80$
AMD R7-260x : 120 $

this combo can even run BF4 at medium 1080P at 60+ FPS

Performance won't affect. 2 GB will make you sure you can run dual monitor with 1080P gaming with Anti-aliasing rendering effect. of course, for league of legends 1 Gb is far enough. but since Video ram give you how many pixel can be rendered by you GPU, i would prefer the safety of 2 GB but both options are viable for LOL gaming

You're spending alot on RAM and the motherboard, two things that dont affect your performance that much. If you're buying fast RAM thinking the Athlon is an APU, it isn't. The Athlon is basically a 5800k Trinity APU without the GPU section activated, so it doesn't benefit all that much from quicker RAM.
