Are these specs all compatible???

Gpu: MSI R9 270X GAMING 2048 MB
Hard Drive: WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue
MotherBoard: MSI Z87-G45-GAMING ATX Motherboard
OS: Windows 7 home premium 64bit

Nice build for the price, but consider changing the power supply to a SeaSonic one.

Its all compatible, but TechCIDLC Is right, Corsairs PSU Capacitors are synonymous for having bad capacitors.

It would definitely do the job but I would try my best to get a Seasonic or XFX 650W power supply.
