I got problem with gaming (pic)

he is in windows 7 I have mine locked to windows classic as well to decrease the load on the cpu/gpu when gaming streaming and recording all at the same time

And just find out that Killing floor just works fine.
I guess its with high fps games.

Those games what I have tested the issue as in first post pic.
CS:GO
BF4
GTA4
Those games works fine:
CS:S
Killing Floor
I don't know why but i tried each single card and works fine untill if i go CF, causes this problem.
Anyone can help?
