Need help deciding

I'm torn between 2 video cards, the Nvidia GTX 750 Ti FTW ACX by EVGA and the MSI R9 270, I really want to have adaptive v-sync with the Nvidia GPU, but I don't know what to get.

Both cards are tied in performance, but the R9 is Slightly better, If adaptive V-sync really matters to you, get the 750Ti, but if you want to squeeze an extra 2-5 FPS In games get the R9.
