The R9 280 requires one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCIe power connectors and a minimum of 17A continuous power on the +12V rail. The Seasonic S12II 620W provides one 6-pin and one (6+2)-pin, or effectively 8-pin in your case, PCIe power connectors and a total of 48A on the +12V rail. So yes; it's more than sufficient. :)

Ok, this ain't for me, tho, for a friend, he's also using a i5 4690 and a MSI H97 Gaming 3. I guess it's work together. Thanks guys :)
