i think all of those keyboards are available in different mx cherry switches, i know the k70 has a choice of reds, browns and something else...and to be perfectly honest, out of these 3, the corsair k70 is the most highly regarded, however provided that all three use the same mx cherry switches (lets say reds), the switches will have the exact same quality and feel to them. I would just get whichever one's cheaper and has enough macros for you, unless you care about all that 'extra stuff' thats so ridiculously impractical to use....

This gives you a bit of a lowdown on switches, if you haven't read up on them yet.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mechanical-switch-k...
I'd get the k70, as Razer only started making their own switches recently, so are yet to really prove themselves, where as Cherry have been around for an age. I also like the idea of the different WASD and 1-6 keys.
For switches I love reds, but people who rest their palms on the keys or are just heavy typers complain they are too light. If you want something a bit heavier, browns are good, but i wouldn't go blues as mechanical keyboards are noisy enough already.
On the topic of noise, these dampen the noise to equal or less than a membrane keyboard. As a bonus, you can use the spares as vibration dampeners on your case fans.

any of the three keyboards you mentioned should really serve you well, it all depends on how much you want to drop onto your keyboard, i would personally go for the corsair k70s, it has corsair's amazing build quality, in silver or black, RGB backlighting with ridiculous customization, nice palm rests and no restriction on key-rollover, one could literally smash their head onto it, and whatever the keys the head pushes down, they will be typed in. Having this sort of free key roll over helps ALOT when playing fast-paced shooters that require rapid, simultaneous use of keys, and it has plenty of macros, and a volume controller thing at the top right
but you really just cant go wrong with any of these keyboards, if you're getting a giftcard with the razer keyboard and you want it then go ahead, you can not go wrong with any three of these

I would say your best plan is to go on steam and write down the games you want to buy, and how much they cost. Then order these games into priority from must buy to ones you don't mind waiting for. Then decide where buying a new keyboard falls into that. Then you can decide if you are either better off sacrificing some games for now to get the keyboard that will suit your needs best, or getting a cheapy keyboard for now, and saving a few more months to buy the one you want. You don't want to buy a mechanical keyboard that will 'just' work, as you're going to be stuck with it for a long time and you won't be satisfied.
Then come back and tell us:
What is your max budget?
What sort of games do you play? If you're into MMO's then it's probably worth getting something with macro keys.
Do you go to LAN parties? You might want a keyboard without a num pad to improve portability.
Which keys switches do you like? In some cases this can limit options. You can say more than one type but it gives us limits.
Do you need backlit keys? For me, backlit keys is a priority item other people can take them or leave them.

I don't know what to get razer blackwidow ultimate or tournament I could save 60 dollars with the tournament... Ps I don't go to LAN party's I've never been to one.if you could save 60$ with the tournament, then go for it, the only thing the ultimate has is more keys and the numpad, if you dont go to lan parties then you should be fine with the tournament, the tournament doesnt seem to have any macros though so that might be a consideration the blackwidow ultimate has 5 dedicated macro keys....so if you're saving 60$ and are willing to sacrifice some additional keys then go for the blackwidow tournament, otherwise pay more and get the blackwidow ultimate

How much are you looking to pay for the Tournament/Ultimate? On pcpartspicker, they are only $45 different. Anyway if back lit keys are a deciding factor I put together a list of good keyboards priced between these two boards and all have back lit keys.

if you really like how the ultimate looks then go for it. It really depends on if you want to spend money on the looks of a keyboard. out of these two, i would definitely go for the ultimate, otherwise my favourite is the corsair k95, similar price to the k70, but that is obviously more expensive than the ultimate

The corsair k70 is about 115 or 130 and the blackwidow 2014 ultimate is 139 but comes with a 20 dollar gift card if the corsair k90 is better it's not much more at alllook, in the end it'll always be your decision, getting the keyboard that fits your budget, if you ask that is it worth it?...then the answer is getting the blackwidow ultimate over the blackwidow tournament is worth it, and getting the k70 over the blackwidow ultimate is also worth it, getting the k95/90 is only worth it if you really need those extra macro keys (if you play mmos) and are willing to sacrifice those extra 'WASD' keys you get with the k70
