Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ (Purchased)
Kingston Fury Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866
Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid $79.99
Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB WINDFORCE
BitFenix Shinobi Window ATX Mid Tower
Two Stock BitFenix 120mm Case Fan
Four BitFenix Spectre Pro 120mm Fan LED
One Cooler Master JetFlo 120mm Fan LED
Rosewill 650W ATX12V / EPS12V
LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer
Microsoft Windows 8.1

The problem is with No overclocking, over the last month my Temps have been higher? Any reason why?

ET6 is saying 24C for my CPU and it used to be 21C :X

Solution

24c is not a bad temp. In fact it is pretty good. I wouldn't worry too much.

So you think its safe to OC? I wanna speed up the system to perform better under max settings w/ streaming and recording. If I record on max settings I start dropping frames.

You should be fine. You only need a modest OC. I have the one in here OC'd to 4.6 Ghz and it is usually in the low 30'sC at idle and gets to the low to mid 40'sC under load. The AMD may run a tad warmer due to the TDP which is generally a bit more than Intel.
