Hello, I recently purchased a 512 gb SSD which will replace my HDD that stores my C drive. The SSD drive is big enough that I will be able to put everything from my C drive onto it with room to spare. I just want some tips or pointers for how to make it go smoothly. I have two hdd that my friend installed. How do you know which one is which when you are looking inside the case? Is there any way? Also, I don't have a 2.5 inch bay installed and we took out the 2.5 frame that came with it to make more room for cables. Just some general suggestions if you would.

If you have two physical drives in the pc, is anything actually installed to the second drive?

Yes, the second drive has all my games on it. Its almost full close to 1 tb.

In the cloning process, will I actually need to take the second hdd out... s drive and connect it to the ssd so I can transfer stuff from the c drive and then reconnect the s drive hdd and replace the c drive hdd with the sdd?

I mean connect the ssd to the sata cable that was connected to the second drive so that I can clone with c drive to be more clear.
