Well, I got everything save for the Video Card and exterior peripherals hooked up. Now, here's where I hit a major snag: Wiring.

I don't trust myself when it comes to wiring anything, (even Redstone Wiring in Minecraft gives me the sweats.) so, fearing I might short out all the parts should I make a single mistake when I plug the PSU into the surge protector, I might have to hire a professional for this part. I hope these forums can provide a solution to this dilemma.

The Problem: Where and How to hook up the cables involving the Motherboard, the PSU and the Case (it has some wire hookups as well) neatly and effectively.

Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Case: BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

The Motherboard Manual shows a illustration on page 23 about where to hook the Power Switch, Reset Switch, Status Indicator, etc. I know where to hook those, but what about the H.D.D LED? No plus or minus, so what slot should that be connected in?

No clue how to hook up the USB 2.0 and 3.0 since the case also has one of each to be hooked up along with the ones on the Motherboard.

The HD AUDIO cable from the case goes to the HD_AUDIO1 port on the Motherboard, right?
Motherboard Manual: Page 1. #23

I seem to have a cable that came with the Motherboard that is "Designed for SATA3 6Gb/s"
Isn't that the cable I'm to hook my Storage and SDD to? Or do I need to buy another cable to hook the SDD in as well?

Let's not worry about the PSU Cables just yet, let's just focus on the Motherboard and Case wiring.

A detailed step-by-step tutorial regarding these specific parts and how to wire them together properly would be grateful.

EDIT: I have a Rosewill 5.25" 2 Port USB 3.0 / 4 Port USB 2.0 Hub / eSATA Multi-in-1 Internal Card Reader. If that means anything to the wiring process.

If the HD LED is wired backward, it simply will not light when there is drive access. If that happens, just reverse the two leads.

Your case's front panel should have a separate USB2 cable and USB3 cable. It will be obvious where they go. Your hub has both also. You will have enough USB2 headers for both, but you will have to decide which you want connected to the single USB3 header. Or you could try something like this: http://www.moddiy.com/products/20%252dPin-USB-3.0-Internal-Header-Y-Splitter-Cable-%2812cm%29.html
(I have no experience using that splitter, so you are on your own there.)

The same page (23) shows which is + and which is - for the HD LED. I don't see what your problem is.

Yes, the SATA cables that came with the MB are for any SATA device, including a HDD, SSD, or optical drive.

Yes, HD aidio cable goes to the MB audio header.

The USB2 connector will be different from the USB3 connector. They can't be mixed up.

What I meant with the HD LED is that the pin on it just says that period. Not HD LED+ or HD LED-. So, does that mean it doesn't matter which port I plug that into?

From what I saw in the Motherboard Manual on page 1 and 2. I seem to only have one USB 3.0 Header. Issue or non issue?

Also, I have a Rosewill 5.25" 2 Port USB 3.0 / 4 Port USB 2.0 Hub / eSATA Multi-in-1 Internal Card Reader. If that means anything to the wiring process.
