Regarding memory, I have 9GB on my current box and have bumped up against that limit a couple of times. That's why I'm opting for 16GB this time.
I could really use help picking out memory. I'm not overclocking so I'm not sure if the memory I picked is overkill. My mobo supports XMP.
I am planning to SLI graphics cards in the future, but not planning to overclock CPU or GPU. Is there another motherboard that offers just as much as the one I have picked without these capabilities that you think would be better?
I'm partial to going with a single GPU for now and doubling up in a year or so.
