Hi all, I have a build I might use for a workstation build. Right now my goal is to buy all the critical parts and have a running computer for $800-900 and the ability to expand upon later. I do a lot of 3D modeling, simulation and some gaming. I really value the ability to multitask and run VMs. 16GB ram minimum with the option to expand to 32. I'm not sure which side of the Intel-AMD divide I should be on.

Here are the builds:

Thanks
