I have the MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card N760 TF 2GD5/OC in my HP Envy h8-1534PC. I was thinking about getting BF4 for my pc and I am not sure if my system will play it well enough to consider actually buying. Also I intend to buy GTA V when it comes out for PC. How would my system hold up with these two games? What graphics settings will I be able to play on? I play games like skyrim with tons of graphics mods on ultra with very little problems and games like FarCry 3 and ESO on Ultra with no problems.

Google and Youtube are your friends, you can find a lot videos and benchmark reviews for any card you can think of through them. But- here's examples: of bf4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxJGZ8VwoJA and GTA V from another poster's thread http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1724928/games-gtx-760-play.html. Almost all games out right now can be played at ultra settings smoothly with that card, with the possible exceptions MAYBE being metro last light and crysis 3, for which high settings may be better.

This all assuming the rest of your system is up to par, too. I looked up your pc's specs and it says it comes with a 460 watt psu. You're gonna need something with more juice, like 600 watts+., for the gtx 760. Seasonic, Corsair, XFX and Antec are all reputable manufacturers. THe site PC Part Picker can help you find the best deals on individual components.

I would respectfully disagree with the above, I have a 460 in my system, dell xps 8500 that I modded to have 3 hdds, ssd, 2dvd drives, 7870 hawk (which draws more power than the 760 [150 watts in gaming according to: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-review-gk104,3542-22.html]) core i7 3770 and 16gb of ram and have no issues. Everyone says that my psu can't handle this but I think that you will be fine.

Considering that above wasn't even the original question since you already have it in your system, my friend has bf4 with a 760 and is vsynced at 60fps with no problem. The 760 is a fine card that is better than my 7870. You should have no problem running both games at 60fps+.

I agree with that fact that his GTX 760 and such would run BF4 at 60+ FPS. I do not agree with the fact that all of your parts together don't have some sort of power problem unless your using the power saver settings. I in fact happen to have a GTX 760 myself and when I purchased it, it said that I should have a power supply of 500 Watts or above. I actually had to upgrade from a 400 Watt power supply to 800 Watts (just because I would be upgrading other stuff soon and it was on a sale). I am looking out for you man when I say you should upgrade your power supply. A power supply shortage in a desktop could be a problem and could potentially damage your computer (and looking at your computer specs, I would hate to lose something like that). Better safe than sorry!

Nice spec list! But I wonder why you were specific on processors for minimum requirements and then just said "4 core" and "6 core"...

Those are the official PC System Requirements taken off their website. That kinda makes the lack of specificity weirder, though.
