What should I upgrade next?

Solution
Ah, I was worried for a minute.
Your two best upgrade paths would be a new CPU+MOBO
Or
An SSD.

The first will give you more performance and longevity, but the latter will decrease boot and load times.
If you need more performance go CPU+MOBO, if you dont SSD (Such as the 840 EVO).

The only problem is adding a new CPU/MOBO would come out closer to 300 than 200. So its above budget any way you roll it. The SSD is well in said budget.
