Basically as the title states!
I know people will recommend the 212 EVO but apparently it won't fit in my Fractal Design Coree 1000?
Links would be great! Thanks

Well it fits, really tightly. I thinks it touches the side panel. If you don't want that to happen, get a Cooler Master Hyper TX3. Or a watercooler.

Or try a low profile Nocyua coler eg Noctua NH-L12 Low Profile CPU Cooler - 66mm high or Noctua NH-L9i Low Profile (37mm)

I don't intend on overclocking by the way
Will this cooler be very quiet?

Yes. But the stock cooler should be pretty quiet anyway.

Any cheaper budget cooler should be better thant he Intel stock and also quieter

If you're going to OC, you don;t need to spend too much

The Noctua are going to be the quietest you'll get.

get one of the CM Gemini or Scythe Low profile Coolers I mentioned

The TX3 is also a good option

I think I'll go for the TX3 then thanks!

One more question though, is it possible to put a fan on each side of the cooler? And would I see any improvement from doing that?
thanks

not sure about the TX3 but generally, push pull might net you 2-3c

I'm opting for noise level so I guess i'll stick with one.
