I am building a new gaming computer.
I would like to keep it under $2500
I am planning on using a full tower case. I would like a liquid cooling system, as i play a lot and would like to over clock.I was planning on getting a i7 and a very good video card. As well i will be running dual monitor 22-24"

I would like people to tell me what i should do to get the best parts on this budget.

I would also like to know how strong of a power supply i will need to run this.

I have the same budget as you do. Just finished putting them together 2 days ago. And i got my computer just under 2500. It can run any game on full settings without any problems. Here are the parts that i bought. All from newegg.com. Hope it helps. I'm really happy with my build. But i will change my watercooling in the near future. Oh and my tower is only Mid tower.

CPU - intel i7 4790k
CPU cooler - Corsair H100i
Motherboard - MSI Z97MPOWER MAX AC
Memory - Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 16gb 4x4gb
Video Card - MSI GTX 780 Lightning
Storage - Samsung 840 EVO 250GB / Seagate Barracuda 2tb 7000RPM
Power Supply - Corsair RM1000
Optical - LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer
OS - Windows 8.1
Case - Corsair 600T White Edition
Fan Controller - NZXT Sentry LX
Case Lighting - NZXT Hue

Oh and by the way. I do run dual 27" monitor without any problems. I feel like a made a good choice with choosing parts especially with the video card. Good luck with your build pal.

At 1000w, you got a lot more PSU than you really need. The one other thing is that although it is a Corsair, That RM series is a bit suspect as far as reliability goes.
