I have recently purchased the ENH210EXT and being unfamiliar with networking of any sorts, I have followed the instructions within the manual to set up the unit as I thought that it should be.

Here is what I have:
Desktop computer connected to Smart RG SR300N modem/router. The modem/router has 4 LAN ports with 3 being open.

Here is what I am "trying" to do:
Connect the ENH210EXT (placed outside) by way of a CAT5e cable, to the Smart RG modem/router, so that wireless is available outside.

My current installation is as follows:
1. Desktop computer is connected online by a modem/router via Ethernet cable.
2. ENH210EXT is connected to the modem/router through one of the LAN Ethernet ports on the back.
3. ENH210EXT was set up in the Access Point Mode and configured for Windows 7 per the step-by-step instructions.
4. Selecting Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then Properties, the IP address / subnet mask and the default gateway that were given in the manual were imputed.
5. All configurations were saved.
6. Wi-FI analytics show that the home wireless and the EnGenius are detected.

My issue:
1. After setting everything up, I am able to see that the wireless capabilities of the ENH210EXT are working, but when I attempt to go online from my desktop, I am not able to connect.
2. Textbox stating that there is a Network Error. Windows has detected an IP address conflict. Another computer on this network has the same IP address as this computer.

If I disconnect the Ethernet cable from the back of the modem/router, I am able to go online from the desktop computer.

Being this is the first time that I have attempted expanding my wireless network, I have no earthly idea as to things. Any help will be appreciated.

Can you provide a solution as to get this corrected?

It sounds like the IP address you are giving the ENH210EXT is already in use on your network. You need to give it an address that is not in use. Take a look at the DHCP configuration on your router and give the ENH210EXT an address that is not in hte DHCP range and is also not the default gateway address (the address of your router).
