Well, so many no's and not's. Hmm, if you're not going to use a professional repair service for diagnostics/fixing your computer but asking on the forum instead then I imagine you want to do some diagnistics on your own. I would try to rule out things like:
RAM - simply swap/replace the chips
Battery - pull it out to see if the machine still crashes
OS - by reinstalling or trying another hard disk because they fail quite often in my experience
I'm assuming you've tried booting it in safe mode, repairing disk permissions etc.?
And as for model number you can find it online searching by the serial number of your machine.

Hi, which model is it? What is the graphic chipset? Have you tried to re-install the OS (which one are you using)? Have you tried using it with the battery pulled out, on the charger only? Have you tested the hard drive for bad sectors? Hope that's not too many questions.

Its the 13" NOT white one. I don't know what the graphic chipset is. No I have not reinstalled the OS, I use 10.8.5. No I have not tried without the battery. I have not tested the HDD but it was replaced in the past year so it should be fine....

But it has not done it in the past couple of weeks...

Thanks,

Luke
