That CPU is junk, even overclocked it sucks. Spend the extra money and get an FX6300. It's absolutely worth the money.

Agreed, the x3xx CPUs are far superior to the x1xx series.

Any reason for such an expensive cpu cooler?
You could easily get away with using this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-r...
That will then give you a few dollars to spend on a better cpu, as other have suggested the FX-6300 would be a much better choice.

Mainly for extra performance but now that I think of it since your ram speed decreases when overclocking and I don't want to go past 1600mhz so maybe I don't need the liquid cooling, thx

If you OC by raising the buss click speed as many do with AMD CPUs it will also raise the speed of the RAM, not decrease it. To compensate for this, if you have no desire to exceed 1600, you can lower the rams speed to 1333, or manually set the speed to 1600 after the OC is in place. Either way, with 1866 ram, running at any speed lower will only decrease performance. The gskill is more than capable of a mild OC beyond 1866, even if you need to raise ram voltage by 0.05v to maintain stability.

So u are saying that overclocking amd CPUs does not cause ram to go slower, thought on the linustechtips that intel
CPUs cause u to lose ram speed, any way thx

If you overclock using the buss clock, it will raise the CPUs speed, ram speed and several other things besides. The only way to lower ram speed is to a) do it manually, b) lower the buss clock speeds or c) add other ram that has a lower speed.
