Would a i5 4670k and a gtx 770 max out games on high settings?

You'll be able to play pretty much every game on ultra in 1080p, the only games that you won't be able to do that on are Planeside 2 and ARMA 3 and other games that are more CPU intensive like that. I mean you'll be able to but it might dip down to 15-25 FPS depending on the settings and how much crap is going on around you. I play Planetside 2 on ultra with a GTX 670 and I7 2700k and every time my frames drop it's because of my CPU.

Turn down the AA and AF and almost any game will run above 40 FPS at 1080. I had no issues with this card with 2x and 8x even at stock speeds. Except for Watchdogs, but that games know to be an issue without the patch. I haven't played it since though because I'm not into games like GTA.
