Can the Essentio CM6650 Asus desktop handle a gtx750ti or a r9 270

Hi guys. I got this desktop 2 years ago, was low on money didn't know much about building pcs so decided to get a pre made one.

I am looking for a small upgrade in terms of graphics cards.

The desktops specs: http://www.asus.com/Desktops/Essentio_CM6650/specifications/
GTX 750ti: 60wats
r9 270: 150wats

Would like your guys opinions on which card I should use and if the pc can handle the upgrade from one of those cards.

Either card will be fine, the 270 is a far bette card, will have to upgrade the PSU for either of these GPUs - for a 750TI will want a good 400 Watt PSU and for the 270 a minimum of a good 450 Watt

Think I will go with the r9 270 depends on how much money I have atm which I am not sure lol. Getting a 500w plus a r9 270.
