Which motherboard should I choose for overclocking the FX-8320?

I finished my build- and all I'm missing is the motherboard. I'm planning to overclock the FX-8320 to at least 4.3GHz. I have a budget of around 120 for the motherboard. It needs to be available in Australia! :D

The Gigabyte GA 990FXA-UD3 motherboard is a really great motherboard for the money. It has an 8+2 power phase and can easily handle the FX 8320 overclocked to 4.3 GHz with a good CPU cooler. The ASROCK 990FX Extreme 3 and the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 aren't really known for being the best overclockers. I don't really know if the gigabyte board is available in Australia, but there isn't any harm in trying to find it. You could probably also get a good deal on it if you do.

indeed the gigabyte board you mention is very very good at what it does, however that goes above the OP's mentioned budget..otherwise if the OP can expand their budget, this motherboard http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga... is highly recommended
