Please, help me decide among the 3 intel haswell builds, it will mainly serve as a pc for general use, (not for gaming), for web browsing, office applications, video streaming on the web, files storage...but i would prefer a pc build that is very responsive, with fast boot-up/shutdown times,no lags in opening common light applications (such as, ms word, ms excel, powerpoint, firefox, chrome, skype, youtube) below i prepared 3 Intel Haswell budget configurations, im about to buy the pc parts next week, with a budget of 18 thousand pesos (around $400), may i ask which build make more bang for the buck?...please see the 3 images below...thanks!

I'm from the Philippines, and the prices are based on 2 local pc stores here in Manila, and of course the prices are expressed in Philippine Peso, here are the links

thanks for the advice mate!, its true the i3 chip is superior among the 3, but im on a tight budget, as you can see, the prices are expressed in Philippine Peso (18K), or around USD $400, if i have to choose among the 3 intel builds would i go with the celeron..pentium..or i3 cpu?...is it worth giving up the SSD for a superior CPU?...or offsetting the price to go for a less superior CPU (celeron)...and have a dedicated SSD boot drive+storage drive?...or should i settle in the middle...with Pentium CPU+SSHD?...and with the given fixed budget of $400?...

I suggest the following build:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI A88XM-E45 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($72.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($41.40 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.92 @ Amazon)
Total: $417.29
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Im assuming that the prices in your country may be wildly diffrent.

That's not a complete build. Missing power supply.

@"Slick Freak" sorry I'm going to need a bit more time. That budget is a tad tough to work with. Just trying to figure out the compromise.

Yea, didnt include a PSU because there are so many in other areas of the world. This budget is quite hard to do.
