I just finished a build for a HTPC/steam streaming machine running windows 7. When I click reboot, windows shuts down but the computer does not power off. Clicking shutdown will power it off though. I have no idea why this is happening. It also happened before I installed an OS when I was configuring the BIOS so its not a windows thing.

Does anyone have experience with MSI boards doing this? I've never used an MSI product before. Could it be a jumper somewhere?
