Can i make this graphics card fit?

Im using this as my reference.

Can i remove someone the bays inorder to fit my video card or are the bays being used

As well can u please give me advice to what i can change on my rig.

    they have removable HDD cages for bottom radiator installation............ so yes, there shouldn't be a problem.
