It will all work together. Do you mind me asking why you are going with the 4820k? I would understand the added cost of lga 2011 if you were getting a 4930k or 4960k but going quad core it would be more cost effective to go the z87/97 route with upgrade possibility in the future.

The 770 is a sick gpu. I've got one and it does very well.

i'm not very good with computers, so i looked through the specs of the motherboard to see what cpus it can use, and it popped up with that. so thats what i went with, and I'm not to worried on how much its going to cost, as i have a fair amount of money.

Then you may as well pair a 4770k with an asus maximus VI extreme which is around the same price with more upgrade routes unless you already own that mobo. And if money is no problem the 780TI would perform better than the 770.

What resolution are you going to be using?
