Ok I am not saying that the key has already been used onto another hard drive; I am saying that it is possible to buy cd keys for Windows 8 for less than buying the whole thing with the cd (question the legality as I do myself, any ideas on whether it is or not?) so I was wondering if it was possible to do a fresh install on a new hard drive using only the cd key. If it is, I would love to know how. Thanks.
