I installed a new motherboard (Asrock fatality killer 990fx Amd) and sometimes when i boot up i have no sound and web videos wont play but after i reboot it fixes it. i can launch and play games such as skyrim when this happens but the sound doesn't work. it seems like their is a connection to the sound not working at all and flash player not playing videos but still being able to load them. And so far another problem has occurred once where the sound and web videos will be working and then the entire audio on the computer will stop and web related things like youtube or spotify will load but but wont play
i did a fresh windows 7 64bit install when i installed the board i have re installed and removed flash player multiple times but still nothing it is frequent problem but is random when it happens sometimes it works first boot if not i restart and it works normally with audio youtube and spotify working
Let me know if anyone has heard of this happening as i could not find a similar problem on the web

os w7 64bit
gpu nvidia gtx 650ti
ram 16gbs corsair same speed on 4 all sticks
