6GBPS
Lite-On 24X DVD-RW
Raidmax RX-600AE 600W 80+ Gold
CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer
Samsung 24" S24D590PL LED Backlit
PLS Monitor
Logitech G100s Gaming Combo
Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 Bit. Is this a good PC for gaming? And will I be able to maximize latest games like gta v,far cry 4,Bf4 on 1080p.

Everything looks good except the power supply which is complete crap. Replace it with an Antec, Corsair (not CX model), Seasonic, or XFX. What country do you live in? Where can you buy computer components? Can you provide links?

Its a good build, But like ksham said, That PSU Sucks, And since you have a water cooler and a K Series processor i assume you want to OC, So if that's the case you might want to get a high end Z97 Board instead of the one you have.

It all looks good but You could make some improvements:

Get a Z97 socket motherboard The MSI gaming 5 is a good choice.
Change the SSD to a Samsung EVO/PRO depending on your budget.
You PSUs not the best to say the least. Get one from EVGA XFX Seasonic or some of the corsair ones Heres a good one:
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Also Get a BenQ or an Asus monitor.

Windows 8.1 is good for gaming as it has support for the latest directX

The Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87 will run the i5-4690K so that would be my least concern. Primary concern is the PSU.

You should be able to play most games on Ultra at 1080p with the GTX 770. Some of the high-end ones like Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, and Watch Dogs (especially Watch Dogs), you will have to settle on High. You can still play them in Ultra, but your fps won't be great.

On average use: 50 fps.

Depends on your anti-aliasing, it can be between 45 fps to 70 fps. It can definitely be higher than 70 fps on some places. But those are brief.
