PSU requirment for my graphic card

Hey there
so i decided to buy nvidia graphics card Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti -1 GB Graphics Card(http://www.flipkart.com/gainward-nvidia-geforce-gtx-650...)
which have power requirments 400w
i have supercpm sep 500 psu already it has 450w(http://www.ebay.in/itm/Supercomp-SEP-500-450W-SMPS-With...)
so my question is mypsu is totally fine with ,i mean can my psu run that gpu very well is that ok?

Your power supply probably has enough power, but it's not a quality choice.

For just about 2k more you could get a much faster card and a power supply that you wouldn't have to worry about.
