(Code 43)"

also i have PCI Simple communications controller is not working it says that no driver installed for this device I don't know that had anything to do withit

Solution
The PCI Simple communications controller driver is included with the Chipset driver package from HP, and it must be installed first, followed by the remaining drivers such as sound, graphics etc.

Your laptop has two graphics chips (ATI Radeon discrete card plus Intel HD integrated) and your laptop switches between the two automatically, based on the amount of graphics performance which is required at the time.
Both of these graphics chips should be appear together in your laptop's Device Manager, neither of them should be disabled.
