First timer here, can these specs run anything on high or ultra?

Hey, Planning on buying PC. Specs:

GPU: Sapphire R9 280x Toxic
CPU: FX 8320
Mobo: Asus M5A97 evo R2.0
HDD: Toshiba 1 tb Sata3 7200 RPM
SSD: Samsung 840 evo 120 gb
Ram: Corsair vengeance pro ddr3 8 gb (2x4) pc 17000
Power Supply: Seasonic G Series 650w 80 plus Gold
Case: Cooler Master K282 Gaming
Monitor: LG MP65HQ Led 22" IPS Panel

Can I at least max Crysis 3 without reaching less than 25 FPS. If I can what's my settings. and can i maybe max GTA 5 without reaching less than 25 fps.

I Have a 280 (less powerful) and i can run metro last light at high settings with 30-50 FPS, Unless its raining, So with that setup you will be able to run games fine. But be warned, The 280x line of GPU's are known for giving bad artifacts and being unreliable, Thats why i have a 280.
