A couple of days ago I posted a thread on this forum about my PC lagging after about thirty minutes.
My power supply was only 400 Watt and I was told to upgrade it to at least 550 Watt from Tier 1 or Tier 2, so I bought the Sea Sonic S12II-620 Bronze, which is 620 Watt.

Though earlier today my PC started lagging again after a while and I do not know how to fix this.

The temperatures:

System specs:
OS: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit (6.2, build 9200)
CPU: AMD FX-6300, 6 cores ~3.5GHz
Memory: 8gb Ballistic
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5850

Solution
What makes you think the GPU could be a problem. 69C is too good for GPU under load.
It is probably the CPU overheating or It could be some problem with Win 8 or maybe you have a virus. I don't have Win8 so i can't advise you on Win8

No I said do both things at same time. The thermal margin is at 8% load. I want the readings at 100% load which should be achieved by running prime95

I don't know what case I have, and I am running my PC with the case open right now.
And yes I am using the cooler that came with my CPU.

A few minutes only. Do you want me to run it longer? If so, when my PC is lagging or when it's running fine?

It started lagging there?
Edit: Wait running prime95 is going to make your pc lag anyways. Just run it longer and see if thermal margin decreases

No that's when it was lagging for about 10 minutes and I started Prime95 like 3 minutes before taking that screenshot.

I can't afford yet another upgrade for my PC.
Do I need to apply more thermal paste? Or is there anything else that can fix this?

My screens just went black for like 3 seconds, so I do think it's my GPU. Is it broken or something? Because the heatsinks are still clear (only placed them 5 days ago).

Update:
Cleared the heatsinks just to be sure, applied thermal paste, but it's still lagging.
I think it only starts to lag when I'm playing a game for around five minutes.
