Hi i am a novice PC Builder (As in i have never Built or made upgrades to a computer)
And i was looking at either buying a Pre-Built or a Custom pc(build myself/build service) that is capable of recording 720p 30 fps Gameplay.
My budget is around 350 - 400 Euro however i may be able to go to 450 if needed.
if anyone could recommend specs or builds that could be great.

Also if someone could explain to me if this build would suit my needs(It needs a Graphics Card so if anyone has recommendations that would be great)
Example of Build

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00D6B5NXE?psc=1#productDetails

Games I'd like to record:
Minecraft
CS:GO
P.S (I Will probably use Fraps to record and Camtasia to edit if that helps. )

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

honestly @720p any $150.00+ USD graphics card will perform at that resolution. You don't need anything higher then 1gb or ram on graphics 2gb is perfect also. graphic memory only correlates to how high you want your screen resolution, 2gb doesn't mean its better unless your gaming on two monitors. I highly recommend the gtx 750ti. look at reviews.... you also can run this on a 450watt power supply. so then again you wont break the bank on a power supply helping your cause. Its the most power efficent gpu you can get with the performance you are looking for and more. The 750ti also performs 15-20% better then xbox one or ps4, if that is any comparison that you can visualize. Any i3 3.4ghz and higher will perform with 750ti at max...

I would go with a amd cpu Fx 8320 (149.99) on amazon or intel i3 4130 (119.00) on amazon in USD. For recording games i would go for a gtx 750ti for minecraft and games that are more demanding, I would use a gtx 760 in your price range as far as Nvidia goes. You may find a better deal on a radeon in the price/performance ratio. I don't know a whole lot about Radeon graphics as I stick with Nvidia for personal reasons.

If you have no experience, or don't know anyone with experience building a PC. Problems can happen along the way that you didn't anticipate and need the "know how" to diagnose what the core issue is. This can be very frustrating. I would suggest subscribing to Linus tech tips on youtube. There is alot of answers to questions on his channel.
Also some very good build guides.

And would that have the specs necessary for 720p recording?
You see im just looking for the lowest priced alternative and including Windows 7 and fraps the price comes to over 500. I just dont have that kind of money at the moment.

Personal Preference, I kind of dont trust windows 8 due to reports of software issues and a useless interface unless you run a touch screen.

Any recommendations for decent budget GPU's that work with the specs in the comments above.
Also do AMD graphics cards work for this build.
I am trying to cut costs any way I can.

Any i3 3.4ghz and higher will perform with 750ti at max potential, Any six or eight core fx series will also suit your needs by AMD. I would shoot for 3ghz or higher on a CPU. Im not going to pick parts for you. As i said earlier check out the amd fx 8320 or the i3 4130. These processors fit your needs.

You want 8gb 1600mhz ram @ 1.5 volts you also should get a asus H87-i plus motherboard. it will work perfect for intel processors. as far as size goes heres a link.

ATX_compare.png

Itx is a great small form factor if your only running one graphics card on intel.
For AMD processors you want MAtX because the processors require more watts with the fx series that itx cant support.
If your asking me personaly.. I would go with the i3 processor. you want the haswell LGA1150 socket type. As i have a I3 processor on a gaming rig and works better then my old fx8320. its a bit snappier.

That link may help you.

If your building your own pc. you need to know specs and what they mean. you need to know the difference between amd and intel. because specs dont compare on paper. you have to do a little reserch.

You need to know that cpu your going to get then the socket type the cpu calls for so you can selsct your motherboard accordingly. you need to know what size board you want. then choose a case based on board size. Then Figure out what sized power supply will fit in the case. FYI dont go cheap on a power supply.. I learned from personal experience. Seasonic, corsair, silverstone, coolermaster.. Is a few to consider.

Do a little homework. I gave you some personal opinions in your price range. Its up to you to shop around and find the best deal on specific parts your going to need. Use your bookmarks and wishlist and i'm sure you'll be good to go.

If your going to buy pre-built. Focus on the cpu and gpu most of all for your build. Ram and disk drive.. fans.. those can all be upgraded later. Or search on amazon "computer 750ti" and you'll find results.
