  1. Seems perfect to me as per your requirements.You could probably get the newer r9 290 graphics card to improve the pc further.
  2. One more thing since you are going to get two more pcie cards other than the gpu you may want to know that if you prefer a crossfire setup in the future than your pciex4 slot would run at x2 bandwidth which could affect performance.
