I have £85 what should i buy for it?

I play games like simcity and only get 10 fps.
I also have take on helicopters it can't run it on minimum at all.
I really need something as i have waited 2 yrs to play these games! Since i got them.

Unfortunately, your entire PC needs to be replaced. Pretty much all of your components are weak and obsolete. If you can only afford one upgrade, then get at least a GT 630 video card.

You can get a new build with a Pentium CPU and Intel HD graphics to get you through for a while until you can afford to install a discrete video card.
