YouTube stalls 95% of time

Self Taught / not expert / still go to guy to resolve friends issues. Great PC, no BODs, All programs run great except IE seems to have intermittent hiccups. Netflix works, Good speed tests, Fast machine. Youtube and various I assume flash videos got me stumped. 95% of time plays for a time and stalls. Will stay stalled. Have tried ca instead of www. and sometimes does trick and not always. I ran cat 5e straight from router to pc and shut down all wireless and unplugged any other feeds. So isolated to just me and still issues. 45 meg down 6 meg up. Bonded pair for Uverse. Only Bonded when I ordered 45 meg. I got 4 HD feeds and 17 meg down by 3 meg up before bonding. 700 feet from VRAD. I must me missing something. Are their tweaks I can do?

i found this as of late as well with my pc's and I have a fiber connection at work and a adsl 2 + 22mb connection at home and nothing I do fixes it


I just give up and download the vid im my s4 lol

I really appreciate the quick response. It sounds like I'm not a lonely soldier to the issue and doesn't sound like anything I can do to correct on my end. Again thank you both. That's funny you mention s4. I use my iphone 5 on wireless in the house and seems to work and I realize smaller screen but it's makes me think what in the world is up with my desktop. Thanks again.
