I have windows 8 and want to change to windows 7, tried emailing Microsoft but they were unhelpful, any suggestions please

Bought new Asus laptop earlier thie year with Windows 8 which I dislike, emailed Microsoft re purchasing windows 7 but all they said was to contact manufacturer which I did. They tell me my laptop may not operate properly on 7.

Would still like to change, help please.

Go to asus.com, look up your particular model number. See if there are Windows 7 drivers for it.

If so, download them and buy a copy of Windows 7.
