live stream and record at 480P with an i5-4440

I can push my core two duo to 1080P with my current gpu doing the work while gaming at 1080P but I wasn't sure if the i5 would suit that purpose I just bought a new rig so im unsure on a lot of things (im an ex amd fx 8350 fan boy lol)
