Driver Locked Memory

I have been having some major issues with my PC lately, specifically with RAM. I downloaded a program called RamMap and had it look at my RAM usage. It says that over 7GB of my 8GB of memory is "Driver Locked." Does anyone know what that means or how to fix it so it's not using 90% of memory making the rest of my computer basically non-functional.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit as an OS.

Everything was running totally fine until I tried to set up a printer. Then I had to restart it because of bull that happened in the process to start over and all of a sudden it's using 95% of the memory on seemingly nothing, according to the Task Manager.

It's so bad I can't even open a folder without it locking up and stuttering through the entire process. If I try to open Chrome or anything else it gets even worse.

I've completely removed all of the files the printer had installed, I've run a virus scan with Norton and AVG, and I'm running an AVG PC clean-up as I type this (on my laptop).

When I launch in safe mode everything runs totally fine, but if I want to do anything I normally do and have to do for my job, I need to get this fixed.

I did just that and everything works perfectly again. It's gonna be a bitch getting all my programs back, but thanks for the help.
