Is a DDR3 1600mhz RAM compatible with dh55tc MOBO

It says that it supports either 1033mhz or 1333mhz RAM.Just wanted to confirm whether a 1600 one would work on this MOBo as well?

also im no genius when it comes to ram. BUT from what I've heard. faster MHz isn't always better. theres other things to take into consideration like the latency. i don't exactly know what the latency is or whats a good latency, you might wanna consult a RAM expert on that
