RMA with the manufacturer. If I am not wrong, processors have a warranty of at least a year in case of malfunctioning.

Is the cooler well placed on the cpu lid? How much thermal paste did you apply between the lid and the heatsink?

Okay I want you to clear some doubts if you can, really appreciate that.. I had the Stock Cooler was getting idle at 65C so i buy this new cooler... cooler master TX3 and i get idle 50C and all this random temps from speccy and hwmonitor now the thing is im not sure how 100% is this true that computer will shutdown if its overheated right? well if my computer is overheating shouldnt it shutdown too??... now im guessing if 2 coolers are not doing the job maybe is not the cooler maybe its something else? i just have this in my mind picking me... whats your though on this?

Are you overclocking by any chance? On the AMD Catalyst Control Center -> CPU Power check if the slider is set way to high (I think the default is 5% min 100% max). Check to see if AMD Overdrive is disabled.
