Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU or vice-versa?

I'm planning an upgrade to my Inspiron 570 much like the guide here:

I'm using the same AMD Phenom II X4 965 processor, but I would like to use the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card.
I was wondering if the GPU is going to bottleneck my CPU or the other way around.

760 in no way possible will bottleneck that CPU. but that CPU will hold it back a bit. That CPU was great a couple years ago but for gaming you should think about upgrading.

I think you should consider a big upgrade: case, mobo, RAM, CPU, and possibly PSU. This isn't cheap. So unless you have money to get a big upgrade I'd stick with what you got.
