I would like to upgrade from Radeon HD 4850 to the Nvidia GTX-750. The HD 4850 is connected to PSU through a six pin power connector. I have read that Nvidia GTX-750 is powered by the PCI-E slot and so there is no need to be connected to the PSU directly. Could you please confirm that there is no need to connect the GTX-750 to the PSU?
