Motherboard only works with one stick of RAM

Hi. I bought a new motherboard yesterday because my old one died. However, the computer only boots with one stick of DDR3 RAM. I've tried both sticks of ram individually in the ram slot and they both work. The thing is, the RAM worked on my old motherboard, which was the same model as my new one (GA-H61M-S2PV). I was looking around on the internet and a common solution was increasing the DRAM voltage, but I didn't want to tweak that without consulting you guys first. I don't want to increase it too much and mess it all up.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I tried upping the voltage to the maximum and it still didn't boot. :(

I will have a look into how to manually retard the timings later. Thanks for your reply.
