What is a good fan controller with a SD card reader?

I need a good (automatic) fan controller that has a SD card reader. A bonus would be if it also had a USB 2.0 slot. I have an extra USB 2.0 header on my MB and it's a shame it is not being used. If possible I would also prefer not to have the tape on temp sensors a lot of fan controllers do. I prefer fan controllers that use software to monitor component temps. I did find one fan controller (the KingWin Multi-Function LCD Fan Controller Panel Cooling FPX-003) that has a SD card reader slot but the reviews say you get what you pay for and it is inexpensive.

I was originally looking for a fan controller and a separate SD card reader but It would be better if I had both in one panel.

That's a nice controller but it has USB 3.0. I don't have any extra internal 3.0 connectors, only 2.0 connectors.

I can still go the alternative route and get two separate devices, a card reader and a fan controller. Advice either way is welcome. Remember though I can only use USB 2.0 and I prefer software temp monitoring over using tape on temp sensors.
