i cant access my network, properties,and none of my harddrives, internal and 2 external, cant access properties either, what c

i was gone for a few days, turned off my comp, and unplugged it, i come back home,and i cant access my network and my internal hard drive and external hard drives, even if i click on "properties" it says access denied, my kespersky, is messed up as well, it wont load the updates, someone please help
 
Solution
Sounds like your infected. Reboot, then slap the F8 key continuously till you get the menu, select Safe Mode with networking. Remove kespersky (seems it been screwed) and go to www.filehippo.com, Download Malwarebytes, Then download AVG, Comodo OR Panda. Reboot and install the programs. If you can't then reboot back to SAFE MODE and use system restore to go back to when it was working (requires a reboot) and AGAIN so the same thing above (download), then install those two programs and have each (Malwarebytes and .... ) do full scans of your PC (DEFAULT IS NOT FULL you need to select FULL).

Rescan, reboot, and reclean until your system comes up clean.

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and...

Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update
