What should i upgrade for gaming? My CPU or my graphics card?

I currently have:

AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1035T Processor (6 CPUs), ~2.6GHz

&

AMD Radeon HD 6670

My motherboard is a BIOSTAR TA970, which supports the FX series CPU's.

So, what would have a bigger impact on games? (ex: what would increase my FPS, what would allow me to run games on max settings, etc...)

Really both need upgraded but you would notice a bigger difference by upgrading your graphics card.

Your CPU is still decent. Get a GTX 760 or R9-270X. Check the PSU, though.

sapphire r9 270x dualx oc is the best card available for that budget...and in next upgrade you can change your cpu...
