Windows 7 Installation issues that are driving me crazy.

Hello everyone, I've used this site many times before to solve previous issues I've been having but never had to post before. So first I would just like to say this is an awesome site filled with very knowledgeable people.

Anyway, I have a very annoying problem with my PC. Been having a lot of problems like shutting down for no reason, Blue screen of death, file corruption, errors everywhere, File path to everything not found like to My Computer and so on. I decided after consulting with some tech people in town that it needs to have windows reinstalled. So I tried reinstalling from a boot-able USB (Windows 7 ultimate with Windows 7 boot USB DVD download tool) which didn't work. It gave me a blue screen of death 4 times in a row and also this error message Error 0x80070570 over and over again. After that I tried using a genuine copy of Windows 7 Home Premium fresh from the store. This did not work either and kept giving the same error over and over. Error 0x80070570.... I took the HDD out of my computer and placed it in another one. Using CMD Diskpart I cleaned and reformatted the disk, then used management to reallocate to simple volume with MBR format and returned it to my computer for re-installation. Still getting the same thing over and over again. Either blue screens or Error 0x80070570.

Everything in my computer is less then 6 months old. Here are the specs:

ASRock FM2A88X EXTREME6+ motherboard
AMD A8 6600K 4.2GHz Max Turbo Quad core processor
GeForce GTX 650 4096MB Graphics card (Connected to Quad monitor display)
2 x 1 TB Western Digital HDD's
16 GB gaming ram with heat syncs. (Unsure of the brand)

I've also tried different versions of windows, Genuine copies and some torrented, also tried a couple of different HDD's.... All efforts have proved fruitless and I've been at this for 3 days. Could really use some help!!

Memtest86+ is just a ram tester. It does not have any os.
You download memtest86+ to a cd or usb stick.
Boot from the cd or usb and memtest86+ will exercise your ram.
If the test fails, ram is probably bad.
If it runs ok, you know your cpu/motherboard/psu are ok/

So I did the Memtest86+ and everything came back fine. No errors to be found. So I decided to unplug my secondary HDD and take out my graphics card and 3 out of 4 ram chips. Plugged one of my monitors into the on-board graphics and presto! Perfect installation. After I got my OS up and running I put back in all the other parts and booted up first time. No worries there. Blue still getting a blue screen every 10 minutes. Not sure whats up with that. Thanks so much for you help =]
