Is my GPU having any problems?

I have a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB Windforce 3x and I wanna know if my gpu isnt how it would supposed to be. Here's a screenshot made with GPU-Z monitoring my GPU while playing CSGO and having frame drops.
Is my GPU fault ?

You're might getting bottlenecked by another hardware,Post your full pc specs,the graphics card is powerful enough to max out CSGO.

-MOTHERBOARD: Asrock 970 Extreme4
-CASE: Raidmax Super Helios Black
-CPU COOLER: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
-FAN: 1 from case + Noctua NF-S12B FLX
-OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
-MONITOR: Asus ML249H
I play my games on 1920x1080 60Hz.
